Registering with FreBa makes you a member of the FreBa community and gives you the ability to interact with the FreBa site for the purpose of finding available items or posting items for others to use. You cannot make use of FreBa without registering first. FreBa will make every effort to exclude materials that may be characterized as hazardous wastes (i.e. materials that are toxic, flammable or corrosive); however, FreBa is not responsible for the determination of what may constitute a hazardous waste or create a hazardous situation. Some non-hazardous materials, such as tires and appliances, are governed by rules and regulations that restrict their disposal options. It is the responsibility of FreBa users to be familiar with any legal limitations that may exist on the exchange of any listed materials.
